BSB20107 - Certificate II in Business

The Certificate II in Business prepares students to work in industries with an entry-level position in office administration.  Graduates of this course may gain employment in administration, reception or customer service.

Entry Requirements

There are no special entry requirements for this qualification however possession of English language and numeracy skills equivalent to Year 10 would provide a desirable starting point.

To achieve a Certificate II in Business, students must complete twelve units for this qualification, comprising:

Delivery

This program is delivered by distance using electronic mail (email). In general students need to complete this qualification within 12 months. However, as our distance education is self-paced students can complete a course in less than this time.

Assessment

The experienced ABRA QLD Training Team adopts a supportive, flexible and holistic approach in assessing competence against the units for each of the qualifications on our scope. All learners with ABRA QLD are offered the opportunity for recognition of pre-existing skills, knowledge and experience (RPL) towards their qualification upon enrolment.

Our assessment strategies cover a range of methods that may include written question and answers, reports, group activities, practical work, observation and discussion. Some courses require successful completion of a Vocational Placement as part of the assessment process.
