BSB40507 - Certificate IV in Business Administration

Certificate IV in Business Administration covers all industries. Certificate IV graduates will demonstrate understanding of a broad knowledge and skill base with the capacity to apply these in a wide variety of contexts and in unpredictable situations. Graduates can expect to work as executive assistants, word processing operator, administration officers, customer service officer, personal assistant, supervisor, office manager. This course is also useful if you intend to study at the diploma or degree level in future, or even if you're just seeking to formalise existing knowledge or skills.

Entry Requirements

There are no special entry requirements for this qualification however possession of English language and numeracy skills equivalent to Year 12, mature age or relevant business experience are preferred.

Assessment

The experienced ABRA QLD Training Team adopts a supportive, flexible and holistic approach in assessing competence against the units for each of the qualifications on our scope. All learners with ABRA QLD are offered the opportunity for recognition of pre-existing skills, knowledge and experience (RPL) towards their qualification upon enrolment.

Our assessment strategies cover a range of methods that may include written question and answers, reports, group activities, practical work, observation and discussion. Some courses require successful completion of a Vocational Placement as part of the assessment process.
