BSB41007 - Certificate IV in Human ResourcesCompletion of this course will enhance your Human Resource career opportunities. Successful completion of this course can lead to careers as human resource officers and line managers or clerks with HR responsibilities. The course is especially designed for those who are interested in the administration of human resources, occupational health and safety, training and workplace behaviour and recruitment selection. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who work in a range of support positions in human resources management. In smaller companies they may work across all human resources functional areas and in larger companies they may be assigned responsibilities in units or business areas focused on discrete human resources functions, such as remuneration, workforce planning or human resources information systems. Entry RequirementsThere are no special entry requirements for this qualification however possession of English language and numeracy skills equivalent to Year 12, mature age or at least two years relevant business experience in a supervisory role are preferred.
