I recently completed a Certificate II Retail Services in an Abra QLD face to face course.
I went to an ABRA face to face course to get some Retail qualifications. I was unsure at first because I’d been unemployed and hadn’t studied for 4 years since I left school. The course was well spaced out, very practical and the trainer made the learning very easy to understand. At the end of the course I was really excited about my new skills, and I got a job one week after completing the course!
